This Morning I woke up feeling good. But tired. Last night, we had an awesome season of prayer in the Prayer room. The atmosphere felt so clear.
Why are we surprised when God answer's prayers. smh. Anywho..
It's so funny how it's easy to be distracted, like for our thoughts to move to our own desires, and things. To move from being centered and focused on God, to being consumed by past thoughts, situations, and wallow in the carnalaty of life. It's just so easy. But God is soo Big. The Father!
Sometimes I feel like I am failing God.. like I have to earn the Love of God, but that's not the case. That's religious.. And with that midset, we will fail every time.
My prayer is to feel Fathered, and embrace the reality of that connection. Like we can Call God Abba... Even the angels, have to address God with Titles... Holy Holy Holy is the Lord God almighty.. none of them can call him Father.. Hebrews 1..They can't address Him from the place of intimacy that we can. Because of Jesus' Love on the cross, we are called son's and daughters of the living God. ..He gives good gifts to His children!
" Which of you fathers if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12 or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who Asks"luke 11:11-13
Thank you Lord for your Spirit, help us to embrace your Father's Heart, and Love. In Jesus Name Amen.
