Post Fast

For a Post Fast eating schedule please look on page 26 in the SFJ packet.

June 1-4: Raw Fruit and Vegetable
June 5-6: Cooked vegetable (not fried) soup, beans
June 7-10:Bread, nuts, grain, carbs
June 10-13: Fish, seafood, cheese, sugar
June 14: Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Pork

In order to main a level of self-control while coming off the fast and moving into a fasted lifestyle. I would suggest deciding one thing that you will fast from for two months, right now. It could be fast food, or sweets...whatever it is fasting from something while coming off of the fast will help with maintaining a level of self-control and discipline. This could also go for faceboook, TV, movies, etc...

Also coming up with a Bible study plan is essential, if you are going to have a healthy intake of God Word. Make a plan, and even if you don't meet your goal you will still get a lot more accomplished then just winging it.

I have some questions for you and really NEED your input: 
Would you like to keep on meeting? 
Would you like to do more Starving For Jesus stuff? 
Give me your Feedback about the Fast. 
What could change? What was Good? What was UGLY
If you would be willing please write out any testimonies/dreams/artwork/experiences you had during this fast and post them or send them to me.

  1. I think we need to do this again at some point. Like you said the Bible talks about when we fast not if we fast. I really liked the conference calls. Since I was the only one in my state doing the fast I really depended on them for fellowship. We've created a community here and I think we should keep it going. Be blessed =)
