PRE-FAST DETOX SCHEDULE

Hey Guys, The Fast is Almost Here and TOMORROW STARTS THE PRE-FAST. Tomorrow we begin to eliminate food items from our diet in preparation for the fast. Our bodies have chemical addictions to food, that many times we know nothing about. We Pre-Fast Detox so you don't have to go through withdrawal symptoms during the fast. If you are a coffee drinking, sweet loving, meat craving, Cigarette smoking, coke/mountain dew chugger....YOU ESPECIALLY NEED TO FOLLOW THIS PLAN!!! I would also recommend investing in a juicer/juice extractor. Juicing can be very beneficial to your health even while not fasting, and during a 30 day fast it's a pivotal item to have.

HERE IS A BREAK DOWN OF WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ELIMINATING FROM YOUR DIET EACH DAY, TO START THE FAST OFF ON A GOOD STEP.

April 23: Eliminate: Caffeine, Sugar, Soda, Fried Foods Alcohol, Cigarettes

April 24: Eliminate: Pork, Beef, Red Meat, Fast Food and Junk Food

April 25: Eliminate: Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Seafood, Eggs

April 26: Eliminate: Cheese, Milk

April 27: Eliminate: all Pasta, Rice, Bread, Carbs

April 28: Eliminate: Nuts and Seeds

April 29: Only eat Raw/cooked Vegetable and Fruit

April 30: Only eat Raw Vegetable and Fruit

May 1: @ 6:00am Fast Begins
